Process: I analyzed major components, such as audience, content, and business problem, before constructing the valuable design document and storyboard deliverables. I developed and refined the ideas into an e-learning experience, that includes Kirkpatrick's level 2 evaluation, while implementing level 3, on the job observation of behavioral changes and level 4, sales data.
Tools: Articulate Storyline, Canva
Lessons Learned: I would love to implement 360° images for the learner to manipulate and observe boot characteristics. The real challenge with this work was finding appropriate graphics for the content.
